Upfront Notary — Apostille Service Terms

Please read before submitting documents or making payment.

Refunds

  • All notary, apostille, courier, travel, government, and administrative fees are non-refundable once processing begins.
  • Refunds are only issued if an error is made solely by Upfront Notary.
  • No refunds for government delays, shipping issues, lost mail, third-party errors, or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete client documents.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative fees.
  • Once documents are submitted to any agency, no cancellations or refunds are possible.

Processing Times

  • All processing times are estimates and depend entirely on government agencies, consulates, and shipping carriers.
  • Upfront Notary does not guarantee specific completion dates.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful documents.
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Confirm requirements with the receiving country or institution.
  • Provide a correct mailing address.
  • Understand that agencies may staple, stamp, or alter documents during processing.

Fees & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin service.
  • The balance is due upon completion and prior to return of documents.
  • Rush fees, government fees, and courier/shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability

Upfront Notary is not responsible for:

  • Delays or rejections by government agencies or consulates
  • Lost or delayed mail
  • Incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the client
  • Acceptance of documents by foreign institutions

Liability is limited to the service fee paid directly to Upfront Notary.

By submitting documents, signing electronically, or making payment, you agree to these terms.
